Details of the Superior plan

Let’s guide you through the details of the Globexs Superior Plan. Choosing the owner plan that fits your needs is very important. We are happy to assist you.

Who is the Superior Plan for?

The Superior plan is an extension of the Premium plan. It is designed for people that want no hassle at all. Globexs takes care of everything: We find the tenant, we negotiate the price and conditions, we prepare the contracts, we handle all the payments, we handle the deposit, we organize checkin-checkout, and we are the contact person for both owner and tenant during the full stay. On top of all this, we also take care of the cleaning, linen change and checkin process.

Commercial services

Owners enjoy the following commercial services:

  1. Styling & furnishing advice from Globexs: The apartment needs to meet the Globexs quality standards and Globexs helps the owner prepare the apartment.
  2. Globexs signs a (non-exclusive) intermediation contract with the owner, which allows Globexs to promote the apartment.
  3. Globexs publishes the apartment on globexs.com and offers it to potential tenants. The apartments are published as FEATURED
  4. Potential tenants are presented to the owner and the owner needs to approve every booking.
  5. Once approved by the owner, Globexs takes care of the rental contract.
  6. Globexs coordinates the checkin process with the owner.
  7. Globexs manages the deposit and the monthly payments. The tenant pays to Globexs and Globexs pays the owner every month.
  8. Globexs is the contact person for both tenant and owner during the stay.
  9. Globexs coordinates the checkout process with the owner.
  10. In case of damages Globexs coordinates the deposit report and the return of the deposit.
  11. Periodic specific social media campaigns.

Property Management services

Owners enjoy a wide range of property management services, and benefit from our long-standing relationships with skilled plumbers, electricians, and repairmen for top-notch and maintenance at reasonable prices.

  1. Styling & furnishing advice. Globexs visits the apartment and talks the owner through the preparations.
  2. Pictures for publication on the website
  3. Inventory before the first tenant
  4. Checkins Globexs tenants
  5. Professional leaning after checkout
  6. Inventory & maintenance report between 2 guests

Optional, NOT included in the Superior plan (hourly rate varies per country)

  1. Renovations, maintenance jobs and furnishing before first rental
  2. 3D and video
  3. Cleaning before first rental
  4. Maintenance jobs during the rental

Customer service

Owners with a superior plan enjoy:

  1. Personal telephone/whatsapp support by dedicated Globexs rental agent.
  2. Personalized management: effective and proactive management of the rental
  3. Access to legal advice

Who provides the Property Management services?

The Property Management services are provided by the companies Nestor (in Spain)(Nestor Property Management), and Sukasa (in Belgium)(Sukasa). Both Nestor and Sukasa are part of the Globexs Group of Companies.

Cost for the owner

The Superior plan involves 3 costs for the owner:

  1. Yearly publication cost of 99€ + vat
  2. 1-time startup cost of 400€ + vat
  3. A service fee of 10% per booking.

Availability of the Superior Plan

The Superior Plan is available in Valencia, Madrid and in certain cities Belgium.
