Included in the rent are all costs: Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, etc.
The energy costs (electricity and gas) are monitored by the owner and in case of excessive use, the security deposit can be invoked. Therefore, if the guest uses more energy than stated in the contract, and this can also be proved by the owner within 3 months, the tenant has to pay the difference.
