We offer rentals starting from 30 days, depending on the city and always respecting the limits of local regulations. For example, as in Brussels Centre, rentals can be made for a minimum of three months.
Although there is no maximum booking period, it is common for the companies we work with to offer stays of less than 1 year. In any case, if you need to move for more than 1 year, please tell us your case at info@globexs.com. Globexs never rents flats for tourist purposes.
