The property must be move-in ready and have the minimum equipment, including washing machine, television, electrical appliances, basic household items, bedding, towels, and WiFi. We only offer furnished flats on our website.
A list with all necessary amenities:
Kitchen:
– Cutlery, plates of different sizes, glasses, cups… for 6 people
– Pans and pots of different sizes
– Basic kitchen utensils (preferably plastic)
– Kettle (water heater)
– Toaster
– Microwave
Bedrooms:
Mattress protector and pillows protector
– Bedding: 2 sets for each bed
– Summer/winter duvet
– Towels: 2 sets per person
– Ironing board and iron
– Vacuum cleaner
– Basic cleaning (bucket, mop, products)
– TV
All other equipment is optional but welcome.
