Damages & security
Globexs is not responsible for the security of the house, nor for the damages suffered by the tenants when using the house and everything in it. It is the exclusive responsibility of the owner to have insurance that covers at least the damage caused by fire or theft, as well as the civil liability derived from the acts or omissions of the users of the home. Owner strongly recommends this insurance.
Payments
During the rental period, Globexs will collect the rent in the name and on behalf of the owner from the tenant, but Globexs cannot be held liable in any way to the owner for the fact that the tenant has not paid the rent – temporarily or permanently.
