About Poeta
Poeta is the first Globexs Coliving in Valencia. It was created in 2023 in response to the changing global mobility trends, and the rising popularity of Valencia amongst digital nomads.
Poeta is about sharing workspaces, while enjoying the privacy of your fully equipped personal living space. It is about accumulating experiences, meeting and discovering new people and cultures, but at your own pace. The privacy of each resident is respected, and the community is not imposed.
Check in instructions
We will meet and greet you on arrival and will show you around the coliving (Check in times: between 8:00 to 20:00). If you’re traveling by plane, please let us know your flight number so we can monitor for any delays.
Consider that public transportation from the airport to Poeta could take from 50 minutes to more than 1 hour. We suggest you take a taxi, which will take around 25 minutes.
In all cases, one of our colleagues will contact you around 72 hours before your arrival for more detailed check in instructions.

Additional cleaning of your personal space, during your stay, is possible and cost 17€ + vat per hour.

How to leave the room at check-out
You must leave the room clean on your departure. You are not obliged to wash the sheets and towels (some accommodations charge a one-off fee to cover this cost), but you must clean the room before you leave.
In case the room is left dirty, a cleaning fee may be charged.
Do you need help cleaning the room before you leave?
If you need us to help you clean your room before your departure, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can send cleaning staff. The cost is 17€ + VAT per hour. This is the easiest way to finish your wonderful stay with us without worrying about this matter.
About the deposit
Read all about our deposit policy in our terms and conditions. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer after check-out, but only if you have completely fulfilled your obligations as a tenant. If there is no damage to the room, if the house rules have been respected and the room is left in the same condition as on arrival. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible but it can take up to a maximum of 30 days after departure, because you have to wait for the last month’s utility bills.
Reasons why the deposit may not be returned:
- If the room is left dirty.
- If there is damage to the room caused by improper use
- If you have not respected the house rules set out in the rental contract
- In case of payment problems. For example if your payments are subject to a commission from paypal or any other financial institution, and Globexs does not receive the full amount. Or if there is a penalty for late payment during the stay.
- If there are issues not reported during the 24 hours after check in through this form.
- Missing items (towels,etc).
- Stained bedlinen
In the event that (a part of) the deposit cannot be returned, Globexs will draw up a deposit report to explain the reason for the non-return. In this case, the resident will also be charged an administrative fee between 50€ – 250€.
Maintenance reports
Our team carries out maintenance reports between one stay and the next. Please report anything you find in the property through this form as soon as you see it. Honesty and transparency is one of Globexs & Nestor Property Management’s core values, so please let us know if you have accidentally broken or misplaced anything.

Please take your trash bags to the containers situated on the corner of the street on your left side.
Heating and AC
Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan as well as the coworking area.
There is no heating considering Valencia weather. If you need an electronic radiator, please fill this form to request one.
Security
If the power goes out, the access to the distribution board is on the wall next to the main door, on the left.
Common areas
The kitchen
Remember to clean after usage for your roommates, it is the best way to keep a good ambiance!

- Washing machine: choose your program, add the product and start.
- Cuttlery, dishes, pans and pots: keep it clean after usage and store it correctly.
- Fridge/Freezer put your personal stuff on your selected shelf.

Please ventilate after usage to avoid mold.Do not throw other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Poeta Houserules
General houserules
This following rules apply to the subleased ROOM and common areas of the coliving:
- The COLIVER must be aware that the ROOM is surrounded by neighbours and that the rules of the Community of Owners must be respected, as well as making good use of the common elements and equipment of the building.
- Nuisance, unhealthy, harmful, hazardous and illegal activities are forbidden. The COLIVER shall not disturb the peace and coexistence in the building and shall refrain from activities that may disturb the peace and quiet of the residents or neighbours.
- The COLIVER must respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels low, not only in the ROOM and common areas of the coliving but also in staircases and lifts of the Community of Owners. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 21:00 and 10:00 hours.
- No parties are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the ROOM, in the common areas of the coliving and in the building. A penalty of €500 will be charged for this.
- During the stay, the COLIVER must deposit the rubbish as indicated in the rules of coexistence.
- In case of loss of a set of keys, a penalty of €50 will be charged in addition to the cost of making a new copy.
- Every effort has been made to prepare the subleased ROOM for the COLIVER to ensure that he/she feels as relaxed and comfortable as possible during the stay. The COLIVER is obliged to treat the subleased ROOM with proper care so that it is left at the end of the sublease as he/she found it at the beginning in the check-in.
- Pets are not allowed in the ROOM or in the common areas of the coliving, unless expressly permitted by the OWNER.
Use of the coliving
The Globexs apartments are only intended for use as a temporary housing accommodation. The tenant is not permitted to make it his/her principal or main place of residence unless specific permission is given in writing. The tenant shall immediately notify Globexs by registered letter if his/her principal or main place of residence changes.
It is not permitted to exercise any trade or craft in the property, nor any other profession.
The property cannot entirely or partly be sublet or made available to third parties, nor can the rent be transferred to third parties.
If the tenant fails to meet the obligations stated above about the intended use of the property, the owner will consider this as a serious shortcoming, which entitles the owner to invoke the automatic dissolution of the agreement without prior notice and to charge the sum of a full month’s rent as a penalty to the tenant. Moreover, in that case, the owner is also entitled to claim damages, such as material damage and taxes to which the owner would be bound by the mere fact that the property is rented for a professional purpose or if the property is used as a principal or main place of residence.
Compliance
In case one of the above house rules is not respected, this will be considered a serious error, which entitles Globexs to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without notice, in which case the resident is obliged to pay to the owner an indemnity of the amount of a full month’s rent for this error (in addition to other eventual costs for indemnification of damages that would be caused to the property).
